Description: This is the 2020 revised and approved eastern massasauga rattlesnake (EMR) CCAA finalized, containing the current version of select state/DNR managed lands, data completed in the end of 2020 February over the earlier original 2013 EMR CCAA approved state/DNR managed lands (another layer). Note that the earlier 2016 EMR CCAA polygons are retained on the system for legacy data purposes, for polygons started in before 2013 to 2013 ~April, and were the original approved select-managed-state/DNR lands under the original EMR CCAA (2016). This layer includes feature-based metadata per polygon for both DNR-Division reviews and approvals plus standard (WLD-stds) to allow sharing these data within SOM and USFWS, etc. Detailed FGDC metadata is being compiled, as per DNR-Wildlife-Division requirements for USFWS, and will be connected via the feature-based hyperlink field. Also note that there may be lands revisions per fiscal year; if so, then new layers with appropriate date in layername will be added to the system.
