Description: Wire crossings aviation hazards. Combined layer of wire crossings - power line/ phone line crossings that cross Lucky Peak reservoir, the Mores Creek arm of Lucky Peak Reservoir and then north along Robie Creek road to Hwy 21, north to Idaho City. Compiled by Richard Hobson, Helicopter Manager and converted to point data in 2014. Also contains wire crossings not contained in coordinate data from R. Hobson. These points were heads-up digitized off the 2008 BOF Flight Hazard map. Source scale approx. 1:200,000 (very coarse scale wire crossing data). The location of the high tension power lines that cross Anderson Ranch Reservoir was added by Sara Kormos in May 2015 using 2013 NAIP imagery and power pole coordinates provided by BLM (Michael Reid, State Aviation Manager - ID BLM). The Idaho State BLM obtains this information from Idaho Power under an agreement that the information will not be shared. Please don't share this information with Public or outside sources.
