A subset of the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href='https://mtc.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=fa3b4e5b86db42358c51266f6086b3e8' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'&gt;Climate Adaptation&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt; indicators was selected and combined to create this layer.
