Service Description: Major streets with no sidewalks. Scored for prioritization in the Transportation Master Plan. From Woody Shaufler Request Fufillment. Later added major streets with sidewalks on both sides.

Description:

Later added major streets with sidewalks on both sides. Use field "HasSidewalkOn" to filter specifically for streets with either "No sides" or "1 side"

Arterials, Major Collectors & Neighborhood Collectors that do not have sidewalks. Scores are based on:

  • Proximity to schools - 20 points possible

  • Proximity to parks - 10 points

  • Some pedestrian destinations - 10 points

  • Neighborhood centers - 5 points

  • Transit routes - 20 points

  • In an urban corridor, area of dense housing, or area of dense employment - 15 points

Final scores were doubled if there is no sidewalk on the other side.

Geometry was created March 2018, based on City_Streets.
