COMBAT Mission Statement: The mission and purpose of the Jackson County COMBAT Commission and the COMBAT Administration is to ensure a strong, safe community for its residents free from the dangers of illegal drugs and violent crime through the use of a research based, targeted strategy and systematic and efficient distribution of resources. The Jackson County COMBAT Commission and the COMBAT Administration shall accomplish this by allocating resources to promote and provide public safety within Jackson County including the prevention and treatment of drug abuse and addiction and the prevention, investigation, prosecution and detention of violent criminals and drug offenders. The vision of Jackson County COMBAT Commission and the COMBAT administration is to lead the advancement of a healthier and safer community.
