Description: paregion displays all tax parcels and common area parcels in Pima County. Known Errors/Qualifications: Parcels are derived from the Pima County Parcel Fabric. Relatively small number of other parcels have more than one polygon per parcel, which are displayed as multi-part polygons with a total area for all parts. Subdivision common areas are typical example of where you will find multi-part polygons. Roadway Areas that are not assigned a tax code by the Assessor are "True Void" areas, having no polygon or attributes. These include a major portion of county street areas. Private Street Areas will have assigned tax codes, attributes, and polygonal shape. The ADDRESS_OL Field is the Situs Address, only addresses that have a One Parcel to One Address relationship are shown. ADRRESS_OL values that are NULL or blank indicate that there is no address "NONE" or "MULTIPLE", see the ADR_STATUS field for guidance on the status of the address. The Mail1 through Mail5 Contain the Owner and Mailing Address. The Full Cash Initial Amount Value, and the Limited Net Assessed (Taxable) Value are displayed for analysis and are not reflective of the Market Value. Lineage: The Parcel Fabric was created using the CAD parcel drawings, which were migrated to a parcel fabric feature class on 2/28/2018 following the ESRI local Government Data Model format. Added the ADR_STATUS field on 3/5/2019 to identify the status of the Situs address filed ADDRESS_OL. Spatial Domain: Pima County Rectified: parcel Maintenance Organization: PC ITD GIS Maintenance Description: The "Paregion_Assembly" process runs every night where Parcel Types 6,7,& 9 are selected from the Parcel Fabric and then through a series overlay processes geospatial attributes are added. Then Assessor attributes are the added using a join with AsrData and Tax Assembly tables. A Shape file and feature class are written out as part of this special export to the GIS library.
