Description: Riverfly Partnership survey sites as of Dec 2016. These are locations only - the invertebrate survey data are hosted on the Freshwater Biological Association's servers - click on a site to link to the full survey data. The default symbology for this layer shows trigger levels, which are set by the Environment Agency. Trigger levels show the expected riverfly survey scores at each site. Regular volunteer surveys will report any results below this threshold, which will trigger further investigation by the EA. To see the current status of all survey sites and latest abundance results visit the map at http://www.riverflies.org/maps-target-group-abundance.
