Description:

This layer displays subdivision applications (Circulated, Draft Approved, Final Approved) for the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. Details are only provided for applications from 2016 forward. One completed application for Pelton's Corners Phase 1 (completed prior to 2016) has been included for full legend purposes to show a Circulated, Draft Approved, and Final Approved application as there were no Final Approved applications at the time the web application was created. It also would have looked strange to have Phase 2 showing and not show Phase 1 beside it.

The layer was originally a polygon layer but was recreated as a point layer as requested by the Planning group. The fields structure and field names have been modified slightly, and new fields for DateLapse, and spare fields FieldA and FieldB were added if needed in the future.

The layer has ATTACHMENTS enabled.

This layer is used in the Leeds Grenville Subdivision Tracker application in ArcGIS Online.
