Description: The workflow for the 2013 dataset is as follows. A vector file was created and manually digitized from a georeferenced raster (NAIP 2013 (~0.5 meter resolution). Oxbows (cut off meanders/channels) and river features were coded as a “type” attribute within the attribute table. From here the data was smoothed using the PAEK algorithm with a smoothing tolerance of 20 meters to eliminate sharp corners.
