Service Description: The 'pavement condition' layer is a derivative dataset generated from the 'road centerline' layer for Traffic & Transportation's asset management software known as OpenGov Asset Management (AM).
It retains the spatial structure of the road centerline layer while incorporating additional attributes specific to pavement condition assessment, such as pavement material type, Pavement Condition Index (PCI), and other relevant metrics.
