Description:

This parcel base is derived from Butte County Assessor Tax maps depicting Assessor Parcel Numbers and boundaries. Originally, positional control was established by aligning parcel drawings to NAIP imagery and rubbersheeting to adjacent parcel pages. Every effort was made to align the parcels to the proper location. These do not depict survey grade boundaries and should only be used as a general representation of tax parcels. Any discrepencies found should be checked with legal records.
