Description: Areas with high tree mortality were identified in Google Earth. Tree crowns that died between 2011 and 2016 in these areas were digitized as polygons with the 2015/2016 National Agriculture Imagery Program geolocation as the main reference. Mortality was also verfied in Google Earth. Data are being used to train models of tree mortality from satellite imagery and aerial photography.
