Service Description: Developed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) by the USACE CWMS/Modeling, Mapping and Consequences (MMC) Production Center as part of an authorized MMC study to support a risk-based assessment, prioritization, and management framework for national infrastructure. Meets all applicable USACE standards and specifications for analyses in support of hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, inundation mapping for Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Consequences-Based Top Screen (CTS) reporting. This dataset was developed to support H&H model development and may not be suitable for other uses, such as for display on EAP maps. Clipped to the extent of the Boise HUC8 for display purposes

Description: Centerlines of mainstem stream digitized at 1:15,000 or better. Begins at the study dam and continues approximately 200 miles or until the river reaches a confluence of another river of sufficient size as to absorb the flow. Centerlines digitized from Aerial Photography are indicatd with Meta_ID field value "CWMS Mapping". Centerlines provided by the district to be used as is are indicatd with Meta_ID field value "District Source". Additional tributary centerlines digitized at varying scales sufficient to accurately capture features.
