Service Description: By building the Subdivision File from the primary parcel layer, the accuracy of the Subdivisions are limited by the overall accuracy of the Cadastral Parcels. As a basic building block for county-wide analyses and mapping, the parcel feature class is based on a digitzed version of the Assessor's Cadastral maps. Although reguarly updated, the original digital parcel data varied from plus/minus a few feet to plus/minus 1000 feet in locational accuracy and similiar horizontal accuracy issues may remain
