Service Description: This layer contains the Environmental Health Indicators for the Equity Matrix.
All data is taken from the EPA's EJ Screen tool, 2021 release. Environmental Justice Indices for twelve different indicators were scored into quintiles for the purposes of the Equity Matrix. The Environmental Health Index field is the sum of the 12 scores from the 12 indicators. An Environmental Health Z Score calculates how many deviations from the mean a census block group's Environmental Health Index ranks.
