Description: Il dato sulla spesa procapite in euro degli Enti Locali per servizi sociali destinati ai minori e alle famiglie fotografa un divario territoriale enorme nel 2011, malgrado mediamente i comuni del Mezzogiorno destinino a questa voce una % mediamente maggiore della spesa sociale. Un divario destinato ad aumentare negli anni successivi, in cui i vincoli di risanamento imposti dal Patto di Stabilità interno hanno prodotto un taglio della spesa sociale soprattutto nei Comuni meridionali e gli interventi perequativi delle risorse nazionali sono stati ridotti.
