Service Description: The driving time from universities and colleges was also calculated with buffers of 15 minutes and 30 minutes. The tool analysis tool in Arco GIS Pro called “Network Analysis - Service Area” was applied here too. The driving times are overlaid on the map (15-min and 30-min). Sixty-five percent of Iowa’s counties do not have any colleges or universities. Due to the fact that not every county has a university or college, the driving time from several of them is over 30 minutes.
