"the green zone heading is misleading as it says ‘no permit required’. It’s a bit of a technicality, but property owners in this section do still require a permit, but it is automatically available.
The problem we find is that the wording ‘no permit required’ makes residents in the green zone far less likely to actually go to their property on the map, download the permit and read the permit conditions. Would it be possible to change the ‘no permit required’ to ‘access your permit’ or similar for the green zone only. This will need to change on both the legend and the green zone properties when they access their address."
