Service Description: This dataset represents areas of open water in and near Skamania County, Washington. Open water areas are a combination of lakes, ponds, wet areas, rivers, etc. This dataset is a composite of locally digitized data (e.g. the Columbia River) and data representing waterbodies that was extracted in part from WA DNR's Forest Practices division hydro data. This dataset is useful for general mapping and planning purposes, but is not intended to be used for regulatory or other purposes.
